Integrative &
Alternative Therapies
Alternative therapies means these approaches are either based on time-honored traditions or are considered experimental, non-scientific, or not the current standard of care. Yet some therapies that were once considered alternative or fringe, like acupuncture or nutritional therapies, eventually become standards of care.
At our clinic, alternative therapies are often integrated with standard psychotherapy care or these individual therapies can be experienced as stand-alone treatments, not require an ongoing relationship with a psychotherapist.
Biofeedback & Neurofeedback
Biofeedback & Neurofeedback helps to teach clients self-regulation techniques to achieve relaxation, focused concentration, pain reduction and mindfulness. Technology is used to amplify body signals and then to provide feedback signals so clients learn how to shift their physiological patterns.
Biotype Nutrient Therapies
Dr. Bill Walsh collected a database from over 30,000 mental health patients with conditions ranging from autism to schizophrenia. Based on his pioneering research he identified specific lab-tests and biotype markers for individualized nutrient therapies to support most mental health conditions. Dr. Bruno is personally trained, by Dr. Walsh and his staff, to offer this nutrient therapy plan.
Cymatherapy
Cymatherapy is a form of vibrational therapy that uses sound and magnetic energy frequencies to produce a rhythmic ‘entrainment’ effect within the body. When a molecule/cell/tissue is sick or injured, there is a change from its basic resonant frequency. If the frequency is reset to the optimal resonant frequency, the cells and tissues heal and regenerate more easily and more quickly.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
HBOT involves breathing air in a pressurized chamber, where your body may absorb far greater oxygen than is possible when breathing at normal air pressure. Increased oxygen and gas exchange at the cellular level can decrease inflammation, enhance mitochondrial energy, benefit immune and brain function.
Iridology & Herbal Consultation
The art of examining iris and other body indicators (e.g., tongue and nails) for overall health assessment and recommendations; has roots in the earliest forms of medicine. The iris is unique, the only surface of the body to display 360-degree, mandala-like, holographic reflex patterns of the body.
Photo Biomodulation
Near-infrared light (NIR) stimulates mitochondrial respiration in neurons by donating photons that are absorbed by cytochrome oxidase. This is a bioenergetics process called photo neuromodulation in nervous tissue, which offers neuroprotective effects, supports neuroplasticity and targets brain wave frequency entrainment.
Sensora
Sensora offers an immersive multisensorial experience that encompassing an entire room. Sensora sessions offer a rapid way – using light, sound, and vibrations – to restore our brain’s optimal rhythms, which promotes self-awareness, positive moods and a quieter mind. Sensora treatments can be complementary or be individually tailored to support therapeutic goals.
Frequency-specific microcurrent
Frequency-specific microcurrent (FSM) treatment uses adjustable microcurrent devices. FSM treatments are based on the biology of resonance and the electrical signaling of cells. Depending on the specific condition and tissues involved, specific frequencies are chosen to support natural healing. FSM has a wide range of applications - including mental health conditions, sleep improvement, A.N.S. & vagus nerve balance, pain and inflammation reduction.
